El supermercado plaza brinda el servicio de satisfaccion personal basica como lo es la alimentacion, este servicio permite el disfrute de una gran variedad de alimentos. Es una cadena, que cuenta con sucursales ubicadas en la gran caracas y en la ciudad de valencia. La alimentacion y la compra de productos es de primera necesidad y es la base de la piramide de necesidades de Maslow por lo que el supermercado plaza es un servicio muy importante en la actualidad, ademas esta esta conformada por un equipo muy talentoso con mas de mil personas comprometidas con el servicio y la atencion del cliente. * DIMENSION (Confiabilidad, responsabilidad, aseguramiento, empatía, tangibles)

El Supermercado Plaza esta ubicado en varias zonas de caracas, sobretodo en varios centros comerciales del este de la ciudad. Esta conformada por un equipo talentoso con mas de mil personas comprometidas con el servicio y la atencion del cliente. El personal del supermercado Plaza se rige bajo unos valores especificos que son: * Servicio: Este es un servicio donde el personal y todas las personas que lo conforman se esmeran cada dia por conseguir satisfacer las expectativas de los clientes, en este pais eso es algo muy impotante porque la mayoria de las veces es dificil conseguir tener todo los productos importantes a la venta. * Respeto: Este es un valor que lleva a una excelente atencion entre los empleados y los clientes ya que asi hay una compresion mutua. * Integridad: Esta es una fortaleza para vencer obstaculos y obtener un mayor compromiso con los clientes. * Constancia: Estos trabajadores dia a dia demuestran la pasion por su trabajo buscando cada dia ser mejor y buscando ser excelentes a traves de lo que hacen. * Crecimiento: Cada dia el supermercado va creciendo en todos los sentidos por lo que los trabajadores tambien crecen en todos los sentidos garantizando asi la prosperidad de sus negocios.
Hoy en dia el Supercado Plaza es una cadena muy importante en la zona de la capital, es uno de los supermercados que nos brinda la mayor calidad en sus productos y este es reconocido y aceptado por los clientes mas exigentes. * AGREGADO (Condiciones, financiamientos, servicio postventa)
Este es un automercado que presenta una infraestructura moderna y en constante innovacion, esta tiene como su objetivo darle bienestar a los clientes a la hora de querer comprar los mejores productos para su consumo personal. Tiene una cadena de aproximadamente 18 supermercados entre la capital y valencia. Este supermercado que consta de una division a la hora de ser cliente. Hay algunos clientes que se asocian y disfrutan de muchas promociones que el supermercado proporciona son los clientes por asi decirlos VIP, mientras que el resto de los clientes es atendido con la misma excelencia pero sin embargo no gozan de las mismas promociones. Este supermercado no tiene una franquisia express por lo cual tiene una hora de cierre que es las 10 de la noche.
Esta cadena de supermercados plaza tiene una promocion que se llama suma plazas que se creo con el proposito de brindar un servicio adicional a los clientes afiliados para recompensar sus compras en automercados plazas, los clientes que esten afiliados a esto ganan puntos que se denominan MAS y pueden ser utilizados como forma de pago en los mismo automercados. Te puedes afiliar a los supermercados plazas por medio de internet ademas esto es gratuito
En cuanto a la oferta se puede decir que consta con las promociones antes explicadas y ademas consta de varios servicios extras creados por la misma compania de plaza. Como lo son la farmacia plaza, que consta de varios productos para la salud de los habitantes de la capital, la floristeria plaza que la podemos encontrar en el cafetal, prados del este, la lagunita, galeria y los samanes que tambien nos ofrecen flores como rosas, gerberas y girasoles, el café plaza que nos ofrece una gran variedad de desayunos, almuerzos, cenas y postres y por ultimo la cadena de sushi plaza que presenta tambien varios tipos de roles que se pueden comer alli o se pueden pedir para llevar.
