We are holding a volleyball tournament to raise money and promoting pet awareness for charity for a group called ASPCA (American Society Prevent Cruelty Animals) is founded since April 10, 1866.

For the reason is started the charity there a animals who’s feel the same pain as us and experiences like us. Seeing the animals being to cruelty each other it’s making us feels so negative to one another. In addition, we have all the experiences that are not related to the senses, but rather to thoughts and emotions, such as joy, fear, distress, and satisfaction. It’s important to help the animals is making us feels positive.

Our objective is to double or triple budget just for giving back to ‘’ASPCA’’ .We needed a place has beach and empty room to get our animals, volunteers, guests and our staff. Cost of the beach and empty rooms, we going need 3 concession bars for food. We needed security to protect our volleyball tournament. We needed permission from Petco, Pet smart or any other pet stores to receive a cool prize. Finally ask any celebrity to help our activity. We all outside practice volleyball tournament until all the guests arrive to play and at very end the celebrity will do a song for the guest.

We will handouts flyers to everyone for enter our tournament and have them place money our boxes.
• We had to give out tickets to them after they give us money.
• We needed get permission from PETCO’s, Pet smart or any pet stores to give us sponsor to get a cool prize.
• We had to get a celebrity to help us for guest to come.
• Provide team colors like t-shirts or stuff.
• Have a chart to see who’s playing our tournament.
• Have a supply of tickets
• Find DJ to master the music
• Volleyball’s and nets.
• 3 Concession bars for foods and drinks.
• Find volunteers to works for us

The risk factors
The reason we have selected this project is to promote pet care and adoption. It is also to earn enough money for the care of other animals. The cost of care for the animals depends on the situation or age of the pet per year. Since it can cost from $200 - $2000 per pet, the cost can be very expensive. ASPCA is in need of constant donations.
The project manager is the person in charge and making sure the event runs smoothly with minimum problems. The task that is needed is for someone to post flyers stating when the event is taken place. Everyone on the team can post this event on Facebook to let their friends know and to spread the work around. Event can also be post on the ASPCA website. Each person can be assigned to call local businesses or past celebrities for donations. One of the past supporters “Subaru” might want to do what they did last year. They doubled the amount of money made. We can ask celebrities to donate their free time to attend the event and do signings. We can people walk around the neighborhood asking for donations or selling cookies for the charity. We would have this event in 6 months. The event will take place on June 27, 2015 at 11am- 5pm. The Volleyball tournament begins at 12-3:00pm. The celebrity guest will sing for the rest of the time until 5pm.
The risk factor that one can face in this situation is heat that the animals can face given by the time of the year. Another would be the amount of people that would actually show up. The amount of money that is spent would make up and make a profit with this event. Even though there is a medium probability of this risk and a low degree of this actually occurring, there would be a higher degree of success. It is a given fact that the charity would be a great success given from the past events that was taken. Some of the additional cost for this event would be items to keep the animals cool. Items would include generators and fans. Tents are also additional cost to keep people and pets from the direct sun.
As a contingency factor to anything that would go wrong, we would also find a large local facility of which we can still host this event indoor. The indoor facility would have to be big enough to hold the amount of people that is attending along with the animals and special guests. One of the places would be the use of the Atlantic City Convention Center if there is a chance of rain for that day.
