I disagree with the judge’s ruling of making “levonorgestrel” available to females of any age without a prescription. A possible uproar of underage sex is one of the ethical issues that come to mind. I believe that a lot of carelessness may occur among young women. Some girls may only use the drug as a way to avoid the repercussions of having a baby young instead of acting responsible. Another consequence is the increased number of women who might use it on a regular basis, instead of emergencies.
The judge obligation is to make the best social judgment on behalf of the people. The women obligations are to make the best choice for themselves. If they are not ready for a kid then they should act accordingly. The moral ideas is irresponsible
