I did not realize that this test had a time limit; therefore the first time I took the test I was only able to answer 5 questions because I left the computer running. Second time taking the test I was able to answer all 30 questions. My age adjusted IQ score is 107 which is “higher average” and the average score for all test takers is 100.

The results seemed to be somewhat accurate, although, I don’t have any other test to go off of just because it would be the first IQ test I actually had taken. I do believe I could have scored higher. This IQ test asked a lot of questions about personal information such as hair color, age, marital status, and whether you smoked cigarettes or not. These questions cause a red flag in my head which made it seem a bit biased. For instance, why does my marital status have to do with my IQ? If I got a low score, would it be my wife’s fault? Nonetheless, I believe that the test is an analysis of IQ levels in a demographic area using persons of diversity in all categories. According to this particular IQ assessment, I am above the population “Higher average” which means which means that I have the ability to achieve success in life. Whatever I decide to do I have a powerful mix of skills and insight that can be applied in a wide variety of ways. I don’t feel any negative feelings being compared to others because that is life. Everyone would like to see where they are at, it showed I am above average. I guess that is something I should be proud of.

Theories of Personality

...Behaviors By Lynne Wood PSY 330: Instructor Kimberly McCann April 8, 2013 . Behavior I selected behaviors to learn about why people react or do some things, things we observe and hear about as well. I feel that by assimilating and learning more about behaviors, how they work and how they came into place, it will assistance me with not only my future classes, but the path I chose for a career. Digging into some of the theories of behavior and what constitutes abnormal and normal behaviors, and then attempting to understand why some people possibly develop disorders, while under the same or adverse conditions others do not, greatly aroused my interest. In this paper I will attempt to touch on a few of the founders of behavioral theories and models that have influenced our ways of thinking and brought about what we have come to know today as Behaviorism or Behavioral Psychology which is one of the key points in understanding theories of personalities. Behaviorism is a theory that encompasses the idea that all behaviors are learned, and through modifying or changing ones behavior can bring about and the desired response obtained. A strength related to the behavioral theories would be attempting to learn and understand what are the causes or reasons for our behaviors, focusing on behaviors and learning how they came about, are either observed, taught or both we may have a better understanding of why people act or do things. So what we observe or can manipulate would...

...ork2012 - 2013 Catalog A Message from the President “Sullivan University is truly a unique and student success focused institution.” I have shared that statement with numerous groups and it simply summarizes my basic philosophy of what Sullivan is all about. When I say that Sullivan is “student success focused,” I feel as President that I owe a definition of this statement to all who are considering Sullivan University. First, Sullivan is unique among institutions of higher education with its innovative, career-first curriculum. You can earn a career diploma or certificate in a year or less and then accept employment while still being able to complete your associate, bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degree by attending during the day, evenings, weekends, or online. Business and industry do not expand or hire new employees only in May or June each year. Yet most institutions of higher education operate on a nine-month school year with almost everyone graduating in May. We remained focused on your success and education, and continue to offer our students the opportunity to begin classes or to graduate four times a year with our flexible, year-round full-time schedule of classes. If you really want to attend a school where your needs (your real needs) come first, consider Sullivan University. I believe we can help you exceed your expectations. Since words cannot fully describe the atmosphere at Sullivan University, please accept my personal invitation to visit and experience...

...DOLAT CAPITAL Indian IT Sector India Research Billion Dollar Dream...!!! Sr. Analyst: Rahul Jain Tel : +9122 4096 9754 E-mail: rahul@dolatcapital.com December 21, 2012 DOLAT CAPITAL December 21, 2012 Int en tio na lly Le ft B lan k 2 DOLAT CAPITAL ”A journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step” - Lao-tzu, the ancient Chinese philosopher Billion Dollar Dream The Indian IT Services sector, estimated at USD 90bn, has predominantly focused on the global markets which generate more than 75% of revenues. The industry has spread far and wide with over four thousand players comprising of global MNCs, Indian players, Captives and small scale set ups. As is natural for any sector, the top five have consolidated to garner a significant share of the revenues ( 37%) while the top ten have taken 41% share of the total revenues. This has primarily been driven by the ability to scale and offer multiple service capability. The smaller players have been either de rated by circumstances, and hence gone down the margin curve or ended up taking bets that have gone the wrong direction. This trend over the last few years has led to a significant divergence in the size and structure of the Indian IT services sector – there are players with size of USD 2-10 bn range competing with the global players, and then we have a set of relatively smaller service providers in the revenue size of sub USD 500 mn still around. And some of these now are emerging into credible...
