Team Ground Rules and Guidelines
What are the general expectations for all members of the team?

Sandra; It is expected that each member on our team will be responsible, courteous and helpful in assisting to make our team effort a success. Communication will be one of the keys to success.
Kristi: Each team member will communicate with other members. Communication will be kept professional and courteous. Everyone will work together and play an equal role in ensuring the best quality work.

Expectations for Time Management and Involvement

Sandra; It is expected that each team member will complete their contribution in a timely manner so that we are able to meet submission deadlines. Early Sunday is a great time for all submissions to be turned in so that the leader has ample time to edit and review.
Kristi: Each member will do their work in a timely manner and will communicate with the team if there is a problem getting their parts completed. Each member will give the team enough notice to assist them so that this does not set the team back.

Addey: Each member communicates if they are going to be late on an assignment. Please do not go MIA on a project. If a deadline has been established, please follow it.

Ensuring Fair and Even Contribution and Collaboration
What strategy will you use to ensure that all team members are contributing and collaborating appropriately? Describe the communication strategy you will use if a team member is not contributing and collaborating effectively. How will the team manage conflicts between team members?

Sandra; Individual Tasks for the assignment will be distributed no later than Tuesday of each week so that each team member has ample time to work on completing their portion.
Kristi: Everyone should have their portions completed and on the forum as soon as they can to give enough time for editing and making any changes that need to be changed. The team will communicate effectively and efficiently. The team will manage any conflicts within the team in a professional and courteous manner. If for some reason this can be done then the instructor will be notified.

I Agree with Sandra and Kristi. Please turn in your assignments when they are completed don’t wait till the last minute. Special Considerations

What do you, as a team, agree will make this team experience different from past team experiences?

Sandra; each member should do their own checks and balances of their contribution to the assignment. In this class we have to submit a plagiarism report with each assignment, therefore it is important that each team member do plagiarism and grammar checks of their own work before turning it in.
Kristi: Each team member should be responsible for their own work and ensure the best quality work that they can do. This team will work together proficiently and adequately to provide the best work within it’s capabilities.

Addey: Plagiarism check should be done with all assignments.
