Good morning,

I just hung up with phone with Tillmon and he has some concerns regarding the Life of Project Boxes that were permed out of Iron Mountain and weren’t transferred over to Zasio. An example box number is: 424478555

Tillmon’ s concern is, how can a user in the future locate/search these boxes that were permed out because there’s nowhere to search the entire database in Zasio. The user would have to know that this box number 424478555 is now the Legacy Number because Tillmon will need to assign new RF numbers to these boxes, causing the old number 424478555 to be the Legacy. He wanted to know why these boxes were permed out and I could not answer that question but did let him know I would communicate and bring up his concern.

...This is a part to evaluate the storyboard produced in question 2a and question 2b according to Nielsens Heuristics. Question 2a is creating a new order record and stores it in the storage of order record. Question 2b is loop of the records to enable user to fill or skip the order record. Visibility of system status Users are well-informed after every step that they made. For instance, when users reached the graphical user interface to input some details such as order number and customer id, there are examples in the form of grey colour wording in the textbox to guide them how to fill in details in a more appropriate way. Besides that, users will be redirect to the next step after they clicked on the buttons. For example, the user will be direct to next page after fill in the details in the order number textbox. The users maybe prompt with a message to try again in the input session of the order number and there is a button to let them navigate back to previous page which is homepage. Meanwhile, if the user entered an order number which can be found in the database, they will be direct to view order record. There is two buttons in the creation of new customer and proceed buttons. The users will be having only two options, that are input the customer id and click the proceed button or the customer may register themselves with the new customer button to input their personal details. Match between system and the real world For both of the storyboards, the main language...

...1) The primary data is the region of a record with the first name of Mary Ann. The secondary data is the truant of a record with the first name of MaryAnn and the last name of Nester in the database. That MaryAnn Blithely must be Maryann Nester can be gotten from the primary data and the secondary data. Consider, I could program this conclusion as "recoup the record with the first name MaryAnn." Knowledge of the last name is not required to definitely recuperate the record that shows the full name of my friend. Meta data concerns the database records themselves. Would be that MaryAnn is the first name and Blithely (a record in the database) is the last name. Every First name and Last name gathering perceives a specific and exceptional individual in this present reality. However, unmistakable individuals can have an indistinguishable first...

...Problem Statement We hay bales in pairs to find equals of 80, 82, 83 ,84 ,85, 86, 87, 88, 90, and 91. Is there more than one answer to this problem. Process So far I was able to have bales like “bales 2 and 3” I was able to get 10 different kinds. Also since there are 10 different numbers two it would make sense. The different bales were 1 and 2, 1 and 3, 1 and 4, 1 and 5, 2 and 3, 2 and 4, 2 and 5, 3 and 4, 3 and 5, and for last 4 and 5. I was able to get this because at the beginning it showed the those numbers to 2 and 4. Then it said so on. I also wondered why they stopped at five in the second number. So I did keep going on and found ten groups of numbers. Which were going with the total numbers that were ten. The numbers were 80, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 90,91. In total there were ten...

It simplifies maintenance, avoids duplication of local constants. 5. It can make a program easier to read in reference to constants. Disadvantages: 1.It makes debugging difficult. 2.Any statement in a program can change the value. 3.If modules use global variables it is dependent upon the module and if other modules are presented you have to redesign all over each time. 4.It makes a program hard to understand since it can be modified and have to be aware of all other parts of the program that access it. 5.Global variables are not writing direct into flowcharts. 2. How can you declare global and local variables in flowcharts? Global variables are displayed in pseudocode but not in flowcharts directly. 3.
