Independent researchers confirm that over fifty percent of violent crimes are committed by psychopaths (Hare, 1999). Furthermore, indications are that the pathology is not limited to any particular race, class, ethnicity or gender. If we try to apply Lindberg’s three structural layers system to the chosen states we have to follow the structure of his method.
