Quintel Raheem Grady (“Grady”), also known as “Ghost,” is a black male who was 22 years old on Thursday, December 13th, 2012.
On the night of December 13th, 2012, Grady, along with three other suspects, Daniel Henry (“Henry”), Jasmine Nikole Dottin (“Dottin”), and Christopher Cromarite (“Cromarite”), met at a home in the Creekwood neighborhood on North 30th and Emory Streets. Grady showed a revolver he had purchased earlier that day to the other three suspects. Together they began to plan a robbery in order to obtain money for gas and drug paraphernalia. Grady and the other three suspects left together in a vehicle driven by Dottin. Once downtown, the suspects began looking for an individual to rob. The suspects parked and walked onto
