Hunger and food scarcity associated with poverty is still remains a huge health concern around the globe. The United States however still continues to see a rise in the epidemic of obesity and the production of lower nutrient foods. According to the CDC (2015) a weight that is higher than what is considered a healthy weight for a given height is described as over weight and obese. While the United States continues to top the charts of obese countries, others such as India, Brazil, and Kuwait face similar consequences. According to the WHO (2015) most of the worlds population lives in countries where overweight and obesity kills more than underweight.
Obesity has long been blamed on the increase consumption of energy dense high calorie food and the decrease of physical activity. Other up and coming countries however have experienced the effects of obesity secondary to societal and environmental changes, as stated by WHO (2015). Many countries and local communities for that matter lack support in policies dealing with health, environment, transportation, agriculture, food, and education. Many countries, cities, and communities are continuing to transition from rural base to urban base. Such choices largely prove to effect dietary considerations. As stated by Hoffman (2003), dietary changes associated with urbanization are related to the fact that rural dwellers tend to be more self sufficient in obtaining foods and also tend to eat traditional diets high in grains and fruits.
If health care delivery systems are going to combat global health concerns there going to have to partner together with themselves and effected countries. According to the CDC (2015) through partnership of health care agencies, organizations, and delivery systems infrastructures can be created to serve as a foundation for deeper engagement, strategic collaboration, and integrated health…...

A team of 2 midwives and 2 mothers reviewed the whole questionnaire to verify the authenticity of data collection. Recommendations by this team were incorporated into the final questionnaire. The research was conducted at one Australian metropolitan UnitingCare Health private birthing facility, located in Brisbane. Result Data revealed that women who have used second line strategies to overcome the breastfeeding difficulties during the postpartum period and had significantly lower BFSE. But at seven days postpartum 124 women out of 128 were continuing to breastfeed. Results also indicate that mean BFSE levels in the group of women not using any second-line strategies was relatively high. This indicates that BFSE can play an important in longer term......
