I feel like the Scholarly resources that I have chosen to use will be very vital and contribute to my final paper. The first source that I have chosen to use is Child sexual abuse this source will contribute to my paper because it is talking about how child sexual abuse is universal concern. According to Johnson (2004) the pain and tissue wound from sexual abuse can entirely heal in time, but psychological and medical penalties can persist through adulthood. The source also states that 96% of our children are assessed for suspected sexual abuse will have regular examinations, or even medical interview by professional must be trusted on to document doubt of abuse. Child abuse is serious problem that should be handling in professional way. The next source that I believe will contribute to my paper is Forgotten Families I feel like this source will be very helpful because it is basically talking about how remarkable that it is how within two-year period nearly a thousand kids needed case management service....

...ORIGINAL ARTICLE JK-PRACTITIONER Abstract: The study was carried out on 88 patients of infertility irrespective of duration, type or cause. The patients were seen in the OPD of Obstetrics Hospital at Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Soura, Srinagar (SKIMS). A detailed history was taken and routine examination was done. All expensive and invasive investigations were deferred and patients were put on 5mg of folic acid and 100mg of Vitamin B6 daily. It was found that 62 patients (70.45%) conceived within 4 months of treatment. Conception rate was more in primary infertility cases (76.39%), than in Secondary infertility cases (43.75%). Likewise conception rate was more in younger age group with marital life of 2-3 years. Key Words: Infertility, Primary infertility, Secondary infertility, Folic acid, Vitamin B6. JK-Practitioner 2002; 9(4): 242-243 Inability of a couple to conceive after one year of unprotected coitus with adequate coital frequency is labelled as infertility. It is a common cause for consultation with both the general practitioner and specialist affecting one in six couples. 80-90% of fertile couples will achieve a pregnancy within one year of trying and 95% within 2 years. Aetiology is usually multifactorial and varies with the duration of infertility. ...Summary of Six Most Common Dental Procedures There are six procedures that are most commonly done within the dental office. Those six are Fillings & Repairs, Root Canals, Dental Crowns & Caps, Bridges & Implants, Extractions and finally, Teeth Whitening. A patient needs fillings when the tooth or teeth have been damaged because of decay or trauma. The dentists uses materials that heal the teeth like resin which looks and feels like natural teeth only after taking an x-ray to determine that trauma or decay is present. A root canal is taking away of the pulp from the tooth. The pulp is thread-like tissue in the middle of the tooth, which includes nerves among other very sensitive parts of the tooth. Once the pulp is removed, a filling just as described above is used. If a root canal isn’t done, it is threatened to infection and infection can spread throughout the entire mouth and even into the body. You would only need a root canal once you have a broken tooth or very bad cavity. Dental crowns are repairs made that guard damaged teeth. They sometimes referred to as caps. The material often used are porcelain or metal and are installed over the shown part of the tooth to improve weakness and appearance. Bridges and Implants Bridges and implants are two ways of replacing a missing tooth or teeth. A bridge, also known as a fixed removable denture, is made to replace one or more missing teeth. According to Dr. DiLoreto, there are several different types......

...Why reference your sources? It is important to reference the sources you use for essays and reports, so that the reader can follow your arguments and check your sources. It is essential to correctly acknowledge the author when quoting or using other people’s ideas in your work. How do I use Harvard? 1. In-text citations are made like this Paraphrasing and in-text citations Example: The point made by an analytic philosopher (O'Connor 1969, p. 32) is that values cannot be justified in this way. However Kneller (1963b, p. 102) insists that the theorist will inevitably be involved in value claims. Note: Page, chapter or section numbers may be included in the in-text citation if the cited work is long and information helps the reader locate the relevant information. When the authors name is mentioned in-text (e.g. Kneller in the example above) add year and page numbers only to the in-text reference. Entries that have the same author and year are noted by adding a, b, c etc. to the year, both in-text e.g. Kneller (1963b, p. 102) and in the Reference List (See entries in Reference List below). rev. Nov. 2009 1 Direct quotes and in-text citations Examples: ‘Having a solid plan as part of research design is essential’ (Hatch...

Introduction  Many management decisions involve trying to make the most effective use of limited resources  Machinery, labor, money, time, warehouse space, raw materials  Linear programming (LP) is a widely used mathematical modeling technique designed to help managers in planning and decision making relative to resource allocation  Belongs to the broader field of mathematical programming  In this sense, programming refers to modeling and solving a problem mathematically © 2009 Prentice-Hall, Inc. 7–2 Requirements of a Linear Programming Problem  LP has been applied in many areas over the past 50 years  All LP problems have 4 properties in common 1. All problems seek to maximize or minimize some quantity (the objective function) 2. The presence of restrictions or constraints that limit the degree to which we can pursue our objective 3. There must be alternative courses of action to choose from 4. The objective and constraints in problems must be expressed in terms of linear equations or inequalities © 2009 Prentice-Hall, Inc. 7–3 LP Properties and Assumptions PROPERTIES OF LINEAR PROGRAMS 1. The laissez-faire leader provides information, ideas and guidance when asked, but exercises a “hand-off” policy when dealing with employees.
