My leadership viewpoint is created upon my combined life experiences, observations, successes, and failures. I vision leadership as a voyage taken together by followers and leaders to a mutual endpoint. A creative plan is what great leaders have to put in place, some type of chart or map to help them bring together and confirm they have a suitable and operative team in place, a great communication plan also and lead their followers to the endpoint. Leaders with effective skills describe and perfect their missions regularly and they constantly communicate with followers the milestones and objectives that are vital to the achievement of success, for it is necessary for a team to not only to understand where the organization is and where it should go, but also how it’s …show more content…

Passion, purpose, listening and meaning help make a leader inspirational. The expertise to communicate that desire with drive and significance to others benefits the inspirational culture of an organization. To experience inspiration, people also need to feel included. Inclusion goes beyond the listening and feedback; for real inclusion, people need to feel intimately connected to the actions and process that are leading to the accomplishment of the goals or the decision. Finally, an inspirational leader provides people what they want within his or her proficiencies. You cannot offer a raise in pay without company profitability, as an example, but you unconditionally must share the prizes if the organization is doing

As a believer when I hear the term servant, I usually usually associated it with the Bible. The term “servant” is defined as “a person working in the service of another.” When Robert Greenleaf first defined the phrase “Servant Leadership,” he pointed out that the difference between servant leadership and a leader was “a servant aspiring to serve and to take up leadership as result” (Greenleaf, n.d.) whereas a leader is defined as a person who rules or guides or inspires others.
