Reasoning aptitude is showing your ability to learn. Reasoning aptitude has to do with what your mind thinks and the way you learn. For myself, I focus on my goals. Whatever needs to be done I focus on getting the job accomplished. When arguing with someone if you don’t set a goal you won’t make your point. Ask yourself why you are setting this goal, what is the purpose of it. If you’re able to answer that question then surely you are able to set the goal you want. For example, my goal right now is to graduate and move up in my job. By setting my goal I am going to school, doing my homework and passing my class. If I’m not able to do those then I won’t be able to set my goal. Taking this survey has taught me a lot about the way I think and the way I am. I am very organized and I’m very outgoing, that’s what I know about myself and how others that know me would describe me. Taking this survey tells me I am good at building a diverse team and that I am good at working with a team, which I believe, can be true.
I manage five different girls; working with younger girls I have to keep up with them. Most of the girls that I work with are eighteen through twenty. I have to communicate and make sure they are doing well. I communicate with them and I let them know that I’m always here to talk. There is a point where I also have to keep it professional. I always ask them “how are you?” or “anything going on?” not to be nosey but to make sure they are coming in happy and having a smile on their faces. Persuasive communication is always used at work, for anybody. I use it because I have to get the girls to think the way I do so they can sell and are able to make money. Everyone uses persuasive commination because they want others to think like them.

Ethical Resoning

...ETHICAL REASONING ASSIGNMENT By :Lina Cassis 500389711 LAW 122-011 491 Word The issue that is raised in Martha’s situation is the fact that she made a statement about Bob in public that could ultimately ruin his reputation. The legal aspect of this issue is the fact that she made a defaming statement about Bob. Defamation can either be slander or liable, although it was slander when Martha communicated a wrongful accusation “that Bob is not a man of his Word” to a third party(TBREA) that caused them(assuming they are reasonable people) to have a lower opinion of Bob, which can cause his business to suffer. The ethical aspect of this issue is the fact that Martha being a reasonable person should have known that it is ethically wrong to talk about somebody in a hurtful way especially among his peers. Martha will be liable for defamation. She slandered Bob’s reputation and as a result his clients will doubt his word and his reputation and business as a result will suffer. The statement “Bob just doesn’t keep promises” is indeed defamatory statement because a reasonable person would have thought that it referred to the plaintiff (McInnis,Kerr,Vanduzer; 2014).Member of the (TBREA) knew that Martha was referring to Bob because she made no effort to even hide his name, although if she has just said “he just doesn’t keep his promises” members might not know who she is referring to and consequently would not be a defamatory statement. Martha does not have any defences to the tort...

Comparative Education

...“When we invest wisely in children and families, the next generation will pay that back through a lifetime of productivity and responsible citizenship. When we fail to provide children with what they need to build a strong foundation for healthy and productive lives, we put our future prosperity and security at risk.” (Centre on the Developing Child, Harvard University, 2010) Over the last decade there have been many changes in settings and children’s services in Ireland. Central to these changes there has been a major emphasis put on the impotance of early years care and education and improving the affordability and acessability of childcare and enhancing quality in early years settings in Ireland. In the past the whole area of childcare was neglected and research repeatly found inequalities of provision for children in early years settings. Which in turn lead to government stating that there needed to be more highly quailifed staff in early years settings, to raise the standard of care for young children, thus the ECCE sector related degree courses were created. The Effective Provision of Pre-school Education Project (Sylva et al, 2004) found children achieved better outcomes in settings led by higher qualified staff. Throughout this letter I am going to look at many issues that the minister needs to address within the early years sector so that we can get Irelands childcare sector up to the highest standard possible in order to give our children the best possible start...
