At 1515 hours on May 14, 2016 I, Deputy Wright along with Deputy Troy with the Hampton County Sheriff’s Office responded to 575 Woodrow Rd. in the county of Hampton in regard to a stolen bicycle. Upon arrival deputies spoke with the complainant, Robbie Gardner Jr, who stated an unknown subject came on his property earlier on the above listed date and took his bicycle without his permission. Mr. Gardner described the bicycle as a heavy duty bike, with big white wall tires, green rims, and a white seat. He stated the bicycle was light yellow in color. He then stated the last time he seen the bicycle was this morning prior to going to work. He advised deputies the bicycle was given to him by his boss on last Wednesday. Mr. Gardner informed
