EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This study encourages the researchers to come up with the study entitled “The Restobar Industry at ______________ and ____________: An analysis” because of the fast- growing and profitable business such as restobars in the provinces.
Wherein, restobar industry is essentially retailer of prepared foods, prepared drinks and its operating performance is influenced by many of the same factors that affect traditional retail stores. For the most part, restobar has business models that are relatively easy to understand. Nonetheless, there are a number of unique factors to consider when making investment decisions regarding this large and segmented industry.
Competition between restobars is intense, since dining and leisurely drinking options abound. And, while there are certainly dominant players in this industry (especially among fast-food purveyors and large fast- food chains that offers to drink and dine), no one company has the market cornered. Indeed, virtually every restobar location must compete not only against other publicly traded chains, but also with a wide array of small, local establishments with a touch of marketing strategies and advance advantages. Competitors include everything from advance technology lighting, romantic atmosphere and ambiences to boldly flavored drinks to fine- dining and drinking style. Furthermore, it is relatively easy to forgo to prepared foods and drinks which is usually a less expensive option.
Statement of the Problem

It comprises a range of businesses which includes lodging, restaurants, karaoke television bars, event planning, theme parks, transportation, cruise lines, and additional fields within the tourism industry. When most people think of the hospitality industry, they usually think of hotels and restaurants. However, the term “hospitality” means "the reception and entertainment guests, visitors or strangers with liberality and good will." (T.Powers and C.W. Barrows) One of the hospitality industry is restaurant. The word restaurant is one of the covers a broad range of food service operations. The term comes from the French word restaurant, meaning "restorer of energy". The term was used as early as the mid - 1700's to describe public places that offered soup and bread. Any public place that specializes in the sale of prepared food for consumption on-or off premise can be described as a restaurant. (T. Powers and C.W. ...Relationship between human appetite and music Chapter 1 THE PROBLEM AND ITS SETTING/INTRODUCTION Introduction There are a lot of services served in a restaurant, like, high quality food and drinks, skilled staffs, nice ambiance and good music. Consumers are not aware that music is part of the service offered. And subconsciously, they didn’t know that music can boost their appetite and affect their mood in eating. Background of the Study Music and noise level can affect people’s enjoyment of what they eat (Journal of Culinary Science and Hospitality). Appetite in 2006, found that listening to music increased the amount of food eaten and the duration of meals, but that the speed and volume of the music didn’t have a significant effect. Taste is the most obvious sense associated with food, but it is by no means the only sense we engage to to enjoy a good meal. In fact, all our senses come into focus when we eat. According to Hopkins (2007) study found that music has the ability to influence the speed with which we eat. Slow music slows us down; test subjects listening to slow music downed three mouthfuls of food per minute, as compared to the five mouthfuls diners listening to a fast beat consumed. Hoteliers and restaurateurs know that taste is only one aspect of good meal. In national settings, Tin Drum Café in Atlanta, Steven Chan, the owner of fast casual concept and Asian street food eatery Tin Drum Cafe, was originally inspired by the atmosphere and...
