The video starts out with George eating shrimp and his co-worker is making fun of him for eating to much shrimp and he throws a one line zinner at George. George thinks he needs to give another zinger back to him to make him feel the way that he feels. George is a very passionate to the point that he does not listen to his friends as the friends are trying to help him with the zinger. George does not listen.
You can see rhetoric working in the clip by George being passionate with his zing. He will not change it for anything. He feels that he has the best zing and wants to use it on his co-worker.
George is using Ethos when he trys to convince his audience that his zing will get back at the co-worker when he does not have a leg to stand on.
