Our cheese packaging has to be something hermetical to the smell and enables a good conservation, with recycling elements. It has to have a traditional form which is linked to the camembert one and to be easily resealable.

Management constraints
Legal constraints to respect: * To protect the product from illegal copying * Legal compulsory texts: * Ingredients * Instruction for use and open the package * An “AOC” label * Logo “recycling” * Bar code

Moreover, it will be a national packaging, dedicated to the French market.

Consumer constraints
The packaging has to fit the customers’ expectations: * A product that does not smell * A product which is not tacky and with a good conservation * A neutral cheese in terms of taste, not too strong, and which is consistent

The role of the packaging in the product consumption has to be the following: * Something practical that can be taken easily in many ways * Something which protects the quality products, which is shock resistant and fits the form of the cheese

The authenticity of the product has to be respected and the packaging has also to be a premium one and to have a traditional aspect.

As regards environment, it has to be written on the packaging that the cheese is recyclable and to add the logo “recycling”, as mentioned in the legal constraints.

Regarding health, we have to implement longer best-before dates on food and to precise that the sheep are well-fed and that their food contain no GMO.
