Hello grandchildren,

I hope you are well, it has been many years since I wrote this letter and placed it in a time capsule. At the time I wrote this letter, I was campaigning for re-election as mayor of Sparksville. One of my biggest issues with the election is an energy crisis we are having. The current plan for our land use and energy use is outgrowing its usefulness, and we are seeking a new solution that will fix the problems we are having. We wish to avoid the use of fossil fuels as much as we can, as they are bad for the environment. The poison the water pollutes the air, and damage the general health of both the Sparksville citizens as well as the environment and wildlife around Sparksville. Fossil fuels are also nonrenewable, which w=means that their cost will rise as their availability declines, until we run out, and then we will be forced to scramble for a new solution. We are trying to avoid that desperate of a situation. We are seeking to make better use of our renewable resources. Some renewable resources include hydropower, wind power, and solar power. All of these resources are unlimited and can be renewed in a human lifetime. The only problem with them is that they are new, and therefore some citizens will resist them, and that it will be expensive at first to set up the capability in Sparksville to use these new, clean resources. These resources do not harm the environment; they do not have any emissions that will pollute the water, the air, or the health of the people in any way. Unfortunately, we will not be able to totally omit fossil fuels just yet, as we are still dependent on the, so our plan is to reduce our use of fossil fuels, and heighten our use of renewable resources, and slowly phase out the use of fossil fuels over time. I certainly hope that by the time you read this letter, we will have succeeded in our goals! Hopefully you live in a Sparksville that is efficient, clean, environmentally friendly, and economically thriving!

As shown in figure 1, class viewers expose the internals of a class file, displaying class structure (fields and methods), thus, program users may know how to use that class file without asking to the original programmer. To make matters worse, program users can obtain source codes of a class file by using Java decompilers[15], such as SourceAgain[2], Jad[14], Mocha[24], etc. In this situation, the Java program developer’s intellectual property will be infringed if a program user steals anyone else’s class file and builds it into his/her own program without the original programmer's permission. We call this copyright infringement a program theft, which is one of the reasons why many companies hesitate to use Java in the real software...
