En este ensayo estremos analizando como los vendedores pueden utilizar la herramienta de impulsar las acciones de un comprador en el proceso al momento de la venta. Explicaremos el impacto que causa la sensación de los consumidores referente a la comercialización. La toma de decisiones es un proceso complejo que inciden de forma directa los problemas sociales, económicos y tecnológicos. Los administradores se enfrentan a la dificultad de la toma de decisiones, que tienen constantes problemas cambiantes. El proceso de decisión se utiliza para predecir las consecuencias de las decisiones tomadas. Los administradores a tomar decisiones que van desde lo espontáneo se dirige a hacia lo que es lógico. El enfoque lógico está estructurado, mientras que las decisiones espontáneas se hacen sin consideraciones específicas. La toma de decisiones con un enfoque lógico usa una decisión prescriptiva / enfoque analítico. Podemos definir brevemente que es la comercialización. La comercialización es un conjunto de actividades relacionadas entre sí para cumplir los objetivos de una determinada empresa. El objetivo principal es hacer llegar los bienes y/o servicios desde el productor hasta el consumidor. Esto implica el vender, dar carácter comercial a las actividades de mercadeo, desarrollar estrategias y técnicas de venta de los productos y servicios, la importación y exportación de productos, compra-venta de materia prima y mercancías al por mayor, almacenaje, la exhibición de los productos en mostradores, organizar y capacitar a la fuerza de ventas, pruebas de ventas, logística, compras, entregar y colocar el producto en las manos de los clientes, financiamiento etc.

Para llevar a cabo la comercialización de un producto es muy importante realizar una correcta investigación de mercados para detectar las necesidades de los clientes y encontrar la manera de que el producto o servicio que se ofrezca cumpla este propósito.

Las decisiones que son de formas espontáneas se basan en la intuición, el juicio y la emoción, y están emociones se debe evitar. Cuando hablamos en el proceso de la toma de una decisión esta se puede aplicar en cualquier tipo de marco de en una organización. La toma de decisiones debe coincidir con las metas y objetivos de la organización. La organización debe tener en cuenta cuales son las personas que pueden salir afectadas. El dinero que se invierte con la frecuencia de una decisión, y la sensibilidad del tiempo. En la toma de decisiones se deben ldententificar los problemas. Cada problema debe ser evaluado por la organización. Entonces luego se deben desarrollar alternativas. En este proceso se pueden presentar varias de las soluciones posibles para resolver un problema. ¿Que se utiliza en ese proceso? La evaluación. Las alternativas deben ser cuidadosamente evaluadas para la correlación con los objetivos organizacionales, las personas afectadas, el dinero involucrado, y la sensibilidad del tiempo. Hacer / La elección de la Decisión: Después de la etapa de evaluación, las organizaciones a tomar decisiones sobre la alternativa correcta para resolver el problema. Implementación: Una vez que las opciones se deciden, la decisión será implementada. Controlar la solución. El control de la decisión en esta etapa puede ser considerado como el paso más importante. La organización debe seguir vigilando los progresos realizados por la aplicación de las alternativas. El proceso de toma de decisiones puede parecer difícil y un proceso continuo, pero la capacidad para evitar tomar decisiones espontáneas es vital para el funcionamiento de una organización eficiente. En la toma de decisiones hay que en cuenta cuales son los pasos efectivos para llegar al éxito. Muy menudo en las organizaciones se pasan por alto ciertas dificultades a las que se van a se enfrentan por el impacto del entorno de la menara de hacer negocios. Lo ideal sería la toma de una decisión. La relación entre el medio ambiente y una decisión organizaciones haciendo de la eficacia pueda tener un efecto adverso sobre la otra. La inestabilidad del entorno hace que la decisión que se debe de implementar nuevas estrategias menos probables y los efectos de las políticas ya aplicadas inconmensurables. Los entornos son estables son con las condiciones ideales que son bien conocidas y son menos difíciles de tenerse en cuenta en la toma de decisiones. Por ejemplo, el servicio de correos tiene un funcionamiento muy estable. rara vez el hay un cambio de postal de EE.UU. A diferencia de la industria de la telefonía inteligente tecnología es un entorno inestable y en constante cambio. La aplicación incorrecta de una decisión tomada antes de que un nuevo cambio en la tecnología de teléfono inteligente, podría poner una empresa en una situación de desventaja competitiva. Un cambio que fuertemente influye en el éxito de las decisiones tomadas la industria. Incluso en un entorno estable, es lo difícil medir un impacto específico en cuanto a las decisiones. Una organización tendría que ser capaz de separar todo de un factor del otro factor. Los que puede estar ligada a un período de tiempo con éxito. Esto hace que el proceso de evaluación sea para mayor discusión y evaluación de formas improvisadas para el seguimiento de los progresos.

En conclusión la calidad de un vendedor implica mejorar permanentemente la eficacia y eficiencia de la organización y de sus actividades y estar siempre muy atento a las necesidades del cliente y a sus quejas o muestras de insatisfacción. Si el vendedor se organiza, ayuda a que los clientes puedan tomar una decisión de compra, esto aumentará la capacidad de la organización y su rendimiento. Pero, además, es necesario indagar con cierta regularidad sobre la calidad que percibe el cliente y las posibilidades de mejorar el servicio que recibe.
