What are some of the most important elements of health and wellness? Explain your response.
Maintaining active life style, having a proper nutrition in your diet, and managing your stress levels are the most import elements of health and wellness. Having a consistent exercise schedule and being active on a regular basis helps shape your body physically and mentally makes you feel healthier. In my opinion, physical appearance is the first thing we think about in regards to someone being healthy. Diet and nutrition go hand in hand with exercise because you won’t reap the benefits of your exercise without it. Managing your stress is also very important in your daily life. Whether it’s at work or at home stress play a significant role in health. You need to somehow figure out what is causing the stress and then learn how to remove whatever those factors are from your life.

 Does being physically healthy equate to having overall health and wellness?
In my opinion, being physically healthy does not always equate to having overall health and wellness but it certainly is a huge contributing factor towards it. I truly believe it is the impetus for health and wellness because being physical healthy is a behavior that could lead to other healthy behaviors in your life. Having a consistent exercise routine and maintaining good diet and nutrition typically makes you feel and look better. It helps establish a life style that produces results in your appearance and gives you a sense of accomplishment. Of course everyone is unique in their own way and has different opinions but, I do truly believe you cannot have a sense of overall health and wellness
