My room transforms into a sorrow place, with a loud screeching noise coming from a dark shadow shaped figure twitching along the walls. While I feel a heavy pressure pushing me closer to my bed, I then notice a demonic creatures sitting on my chest leaving me helpless for I cant move my limbs, nor could I scream for help. This was the most freighting experience I ever encountered. It is said that everyone experiences sleeping paralysis at least once in his or her lifetime.
