Title: Banning of Cell Phone usage Nationwide
A. Being more aware of the role cell phone usage plays while driving.
B. To get more states to rally together nationwide to get cell phones to become hands free while driving.
C. Cell phone usage while driving has become increasingly danger over the past few years. Cell phone usage while operating a vehicle should not be tolerated. It is a very huge distraction which can often to lead to harmful or even fatal accidents.

A. Did you know that cell phone usage while operating a vehicle is not banned nationwide?
B. Millions of fatal accidents and deaths occur every day due to cell phone usage while driving.
C. People nationwide should rally together to get cell phone usage while operating a vehicle banned.

A. Cell phone usage while operating a vehicle needs to be banned
1. Cell Phone usage is one of the biggest distractions on the road while driving.
2. If Cell Phone usage was banned nationwide it would make people think twice about operating a vehicle and using a cell phone at the same time. B. Fatal Accidents occur every day at the hands of a person using a cell phone while Operating a vehicle.
1. Families lose a loved one due to fatal injuries caused by people using their cell phone while driving
2. These accidents can be avoided if more people opt to be cell phone free while driving. C. Hold Information Rally’s and meetings to get the information out there about banning cell phone usage nationwide.
1. Information is the key to success; if people are aware of the dangers of cell phone usage while driving they are more inclined to stop doing it.
2. Get involved within the community pass out flyers, hold meetings and have families who have lost loved ones due to cell phone usage

Imagine traveling on a roadway behind a vehicle swerving back and forth over the lines or driving at very inconsistent speeds. You wonder what could possibly be causing the driver to drive so erratically. Is the driver drunk? Is the driver preoccupied with eating his or her lunch? Is the driver busy attending to children in the backseat? As you pull alongside the driver, you realize this is not the case. Instead, you notice that the driver has a cellular telephone up to his or her ear and is busy chatting away, or even worse, you notice that the driver is busy looking down typing a text message on his or her cell phone. As you pass the driver, who is more focused on his or her cell phone conversation than on driving, you are disgusted. However, if you are like eighty-five percent of Americans, you answer your cell phone or make a phone call just moments later, thereby engaging in the same dangerous practice that just annoyed you.
