1. What part/aspect of your speech do you like the most? Based on my video, I believe that my introduction is the part that I really like the most. It simply because I really looked natural. The way I act, I speak, and deliver the introduction was very well presented. It was like I was not really nervous. I look so confident in that part of my speech. My smile was big, and it reaches my ears. I was also a little bit funny which I believe that catched the audience's attention.

2. If you were given the second chance to repeat your presentation, what changes would you like to improve/enhance further your presentation? There are numerous aspects in my speech that I would really love to improve. The first that I would really like to improve at is the time of my speech. I noticed that I really had lots of side comments, which I really should not have said. Because I exceeded the time limit, I automatically got a minus 5 in my grade, which is already a huge portion of my grade. It was really unfortunate. The second aspect that I would like to improve at is my posture and my ete contact with the audience. I was leaning on the podium and my posture was really bad. Regarding the eye contact, I was not able to look at all of the audience equally. There are times that I would look more on my left side. The third aspect that I would like to improve at is my jokes. There are parts in my speech where it really look like that I'm really trying hard to make the audience laugh. It was a little bit not pleaseant to look at. The fourth aspect that I really want to improve at is my delivery of the speech. There are some sentences that are gramatically wrong. I also used slangs, which should not be included in the speech. There are also times where I mumble on my words. It is like I cannot speak or express the

Can I see a show of hands? Alright. I presume that for those who said yes, which is the majority, raised their hand for the same reason. More customers mean more people buying and more people buying mean more profits for the company, isn’t it? Sounds sensible but I hate to break it to you but those of you who said yes are wrong. Today I will transform that thinking to exactly the opposite. I will introduce based on a new study the idea of ‘less is more’. Focusing on a smaller number of customers could help a company speed up growth, increase profit and improve long-term health. I am going to talk about how top companies gain customers, how they keep them and how these customers help them in expanding their business. They don’t need a lot of customers, just the right ones to keep them on top. First point is, fewer customers can speed up the company’s growth. Would you believe that some companies actually go out of business because of too many customers? Yes, that is true. The problem with these companies is they get very overwhelmed with the influx of customers that they forget to establish a connection with their customers.
