Per Reporter: Madison was admitted to Pine Grove 7/28/17 and will potentially discharge 8/4/17. During admission Madison reported that she had been staying with her father (James). It is unknown of how long Madison was at James home. Madison had been traveling with James due to his job. James work in construction.
