Task 4 – Dealing with stress Potentially stressful experience | Theory-informed solution | Times in which I have experienced where I feel most stressed out is; a couple of weeks until the beginning of my exams, my revision is not going great and I am beginning to feel "worried". At this moment, there is some time between when I begin to feel focused on and the end of the "threat" which was the completion of the end examinations. Throughout these times I feel my body is still mentally intense and physically strained. It is this point at which you are in this uncomfortable state that you are focused on or in a state of anxiety; “the flight or fight” reaction comes to effect, and in certain circumstances bringing about extra challenges. It is simply when you see that the “threat” has passed that you go back to feeling normal. This could be when you have taken the exam, however it could be at the day of the results or possibly later on. | Improving study skills: Practical revision helps me to cut down stress by making me feel more in control of my work and confident that I will do well. I will attend workshops or seek additional help from Learning Development Centre. I also feel it useful to talk to the course tutor to get subject specific guidance to assist my revision to be more specific and direct to the actual task. On the day of the exams and during the exam: * Consume a adequate breakfast to be ready to begin the day, within mind not to consume an excessive amount of caffeine. * Do something you find relaxing an hour prior the exam to help you be a in a calmer state of mind. * Try to elude other students who may cause you to be unease by questioning what you had revised or not ect. * Use breathing exercise to control your breathing; to calm yourself down. * Have a plan for how you will fully utilize your time. | Another potentially stressful

Using Pearson correlation coefficient, t-test and regression model as tools of data analysis, the study found that there was no difference in organizational communication and stress levels between IT employees in federal and state universities.
