I contacted Robert L. Wilson to discuss a recent complaint submitted. I covered every concern Mr. Wilson had and apologized for the lack of satisfaction he felt upon leaving our facility. His biggest worry was the physician’s bed side manner and appearance. I ensured the patient these issues would be addressed immediately. I also spoke about the confusion regarding the diagnosis. After studying the encounter note, I discovered the wrong discharge instructions were printed by the nurse staff. I explained the incident to the patient and cleared anymore confusion he might have had at the moment. He understood and stated he would continue to use AFC- Hampton Cove – with a laugh he ended the conversation, “We are all human and put our pants on the
