Summary of Jet city Salmon
Salmon dish is a common meal not only in the Seattle but also in the United states. However, different hotels prepare the dish differently (Costa, 2014). As a result, some joints make the fish tastier while other keeps it in the average taste. Monaco Seattle is one of the hotels that prepare the best salmon dish in the state. Also, most of the clients have manifested preference in the dish. When new clients visit the Hotel Monaco Seattle, salmon is always their dish in mind. Conversely, the difference in the taste is owed to the executive Chef of the hotel. Throughout the years, McClures admitted to have been using the wrong recipe (the use of pieces to make fillets). The admission is accompanied by a new procedure that includes firing the fish whole provided the desired taste. Additionally, the use of homemade glaze also enhanced the final dish. Nevertheless, the cooking method is not the only factor that contributes to the high client turn-out. The location of the hotel also influences the flow of customers (Costa, 2014). Moreover, the hotel’s location makes it ideal for easier access to most of the people within the county. Furthermore, it also provides an access to a wide diversity of fish that attends to the desired of the clients. To ensure, consistency, the hotel ensures that it only uses specific fish mongers who are knowledgeable on salmon species. However, the cost of salmon varies with season and availability (Costa, 2014). During the low season, the price soars, and that would make the dish expensive. Therefore, the hotels introduce other dishes to replace salmon during such periods. Despite, the source and the method used in the preparation, the most important fact is the precision. The dish result is depended on the seasoning, temperature of burning, and presentation in the buffet.
