Afdeling A

Dit was publiek aanvaar as minimale voldoende morele optrede.

...1. Red Herring Fallacy Your Answer: occurs when one makes a judgement on the bases of one or even a few samples. This argument is used when a conclusion is made without enough evidence. Right Answer: is raising an irrelevant issue to divert attention from the primary issue. This fallacy often appeals to fear or pity. The argument also can use guilt to manipulate others into agreement and action. It is often inserted into an argument to help a person win the argument without directly dealing with the real issue. It is irrelevant to the real issue at hand, though it may seem to be related. 2. Appeal to Ignorance Fallacy Your Answer: is used when a person justifies a course of action because "everyone else is doing it." This argument is often used when peer pressure (fear of rejection or promise of affection) causes a person to defend their action or inaction. Right Answer: is used when a person claims something is true simply because it cannot be disproved, or that something is fictitious because it cannot be proven to be true. 3. What Is Reason? ...How Exports impact GDP Tiffany Cook March 19, 2015 Econ 214 (gwartney, 2015) “Gross domestic import is the market values of all final goods and sales” There are various factors that make up the subcategories of the United States, Gross domestic product. This definition tells us how we ultimately arrive at a calculations of the gross domestic products, but it does not shed light on the economies output and input and the benefits or setbacks each service may have. Some ways that we can look at expenditure approach is to know the wealth of what our goods and services can provide, also how these goods and services can be a come up or a setback dependent upon what we do more of. The expenditure approach allows us to see what our consumers have been benefiting from with the goods and services that have been provided to them by the US. Foreigners make up a portion of the GDP with imports, but in order for us to be on the winning side we would have to provide other countries with more of our products for them to buy or consume. Therefore the greatest impact on GDP is what we export in order to gain a profit from the consumer. If we were the consumer we would be looking to do the same. The economies main goal is to make the money and keep more of it. Exports allow us to do more of that, imports gives us resources to supply the source products for us to export. (Deekay, 2009)States that “export instability stimulates inflation. When inflation rises in a country the products...

...INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF MANAGEMENT, BUSINESS, AND ADMINISTRATION VOLUME 15, NUMBER 1, 2012 Power and Leadership: An Influence Process Fred C. Lunenburg Sam Houston State University ABSTRACT Power is the ability to influence others. One of the most influential theories of power comes from the work of French and Raven, who attempted to determine the sources of power leaders use to influence others. French and Raven identified five sources of power that can be grouped into two categories: organizational power (legitimate, reward, coercive) and personal power (expert and referent). Generally, the personal sources of power are more strongly related to employees’ job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and job performance than are the organizational power sources. One source of organizational power—coercive power—is negatively related to work outcomes. However, the various sources of power should not be thought of as completely separate from each other. Sometimes leaders use the sources of power together in varying combinations depending on the situation. A new concept of power, referred to as “empowerment,” has become a major strategy for improving work outcomes. What comes to mind when you think of the term “power”? Does it elicit positive or negative feelings? In both research and practice, power has been described as a dirty word. Consider the Enron scandal (McLean & Elkind, 2003). Certainly it is easy to think of leaders who have used power...

...Computer science is the scientific and practical approach to computation and its applications. It is the systematic study of the feasibility, structure, expression, and mechanization of the methodical procedures (or algorithms) that underlie the acquisition, representation, processing, storage, communication of, and access to information. An alternate, more succinct definition of computer science is the study of automating algorithmic processes that scale. A computer scientist specializes in the theory of computation and the design of computational systems.[1] Its fields can be divided into a variety of theoretical and practical disciplines. Some fields, such as computational complexity theory (which explores the fundamental properties of computational and intractable problems), are highly abstract, while fields such as computer graphics emphasize real-world visual applications. Still other fields focus on challenges in implementing computation. For example, programming language theory considers various approaches to the description of computation, while the study of computer programming itself investigates various aspects of the use of programming language andcomplex systems. Human–computer interaction considers the challenges in making computers and computations useful, usable, and universally accessible to humans. The earliest foundations of what would become computer science predate the invention of the modern digital computer. Machines for calculating fixed numerical......
