Introduction:
Pizza Hut is an American, fast-food restaurant chain that started in 1958 (Lasane, 2016). A fast-food restaurant is one of that prepares food and serves it in a fast, timeous manner (Marriam-Webster, 2018). Pizza hut was founded by two brothers- Dan and Frank Carney. They opened up their business in Wichita, Kansas. Their business struck something in people and attracted not only families but teenagers and college students, the business created a fun environment that everyone loved (Pizza Hut South Africa, 2017).

By the end of 1958 they opened up yet another one of their restaurants and by 1963 they had over 42 restaurants countrywide (Pizza Hut South Africa, 2017). The company is now one of the largest in the world in terms …show more content…

Pizza Huts mission is to make the best pizza out there whilst giving their customers a top performance so that they’d keep on coming back. They want to ensure that their employees experience growth and to reward them in their career path by offering an enjoyable environment. They will try to ensure profitability in every action they do to ensure their shareholders receive their worth (Pizza Hut Hawaii, 2018).

They are directly involved in trying to eliminate the problems, thus it can be considered sustainable as they are providing materials to teachers and students to improve literacy. By providing a reward there is more incentive for people to take part, this is clever as children long to be recognised and feel as if they have achieved something through rewards.
