By doing a SWOTT analysis the daycare can become a better and more efficient center. Strengths for a daycare center is a positive quality, they can be the training of the staff, financial stability, and a modern facility. Weaknesses are aspects that need to be improved like low cliental, untrained staff, and out dated equipment or facility. ...SWOTT Analysis Introduction The number one question that pops into people's minds when deciding on where they are going to open up a checking account is what is the difference between a credit union and bank. Many people are unaware of the true differences that stand between banks and credit unions and generally go with the bank logo they see the most due to convenience. The difference is simple, banks are for profit financial institutions, and credit unions are not-for-profit financial institutions. Majority of credit unions are able to offer lower rates on all products and services offered due to being member owned, not stockholder owned. Most customers receiving a service in a bank considers them just a number and not an actual customer because it based on making money not creating a lasting impression. ...The SWOTT Analysis conducted for York County Cab was conducted based on internal and external factors. The one primary strength that was decided was the fact that York County Cab is a new service to the York County area. This will be York County Cab’s easiest strength because it is the most obvious to the public. The one primary weakness that was identified was the fact that since York County Cab is a new service to the area, we do not have a customer list or repeat customers. Once we establish the customer list, we can then gain customer satisfaction. The one primary opportunity that was identified was the fact that York County Cab can expand our business. Sweet Treats is a bakery that will specialize in the art of pastries and unique baked goods. The core values and ethical relationship between the organization, and the employees is an important dynamic in the work environment of the bakery. In this paper the subject to analyze is how Sweet Treats Bakery was started and established itself to become a successful business. It will then be explained how the alignment between the organization’s values and the subsequent actions are intertwined with personal values and ethical codes, and how the stated values of the business align with actual plans and actions. With the information that is obtained, this paper will focus on how the degree of alignment between personal values and the organization’s values are reflected by the course of action Sweet Treats Bakery will take to be successful.
