Introduction: Taraji P. Henson is a star in every sense of the word. She is an actress, a singer, a producer, a director, an author, and an activist who has shone in various fields and genres of entertainment. She is also a mother, a partner, a friend, and a role model who has inspired and empowered millions of people, especially women and African Americans, with her talent, passion, and courage. Born and raised in Washington, D.C., Taraji faced many challenges and obstacles in her life, such as poverty, violence, stigma, and discrimination. She also experienced some tragedies and losses, such as the murder of her ex-boyfriend and the death of her father. However, she never gave up on her dreams and goals, and she worked hard and persevered to achieve them. Taraji …show more content…
Taraji also expanded her horizons and challenged herself as a producer and a director, creating and shaping some of her own projects, such as Peace of Mind with Taraji, Fight Night, and Coffee & Kareem. She also founded her own production company, TPH Entertainment, with the mission of producing content that is “entertaining, enlightening, and empowering”. Taraji also used her voice and platform to speak out and advocate for mental health issues, especially in the African American community, through her foundation, her talk show, and her advocacy at the United Nations and the Congressional Black Caucus. She also supported and participated in various campaigns and movements, such as Black Lives Matter, Time’s Up, and Me Too, to fight for social justice and equality. Taraji also found love and happiness in her personal life, with her fiancé Kelvin Hayden, her son Marcell Johnson, and her fans and friends. She also expressed her gratitude and appreciation for all the opportunities and blessings that she has received, and she also shared her hopes and plans for the
