Target’s has become an organization that is more recently an essential aspect to our part of the world, America. The company that is Target has a goal to become the top choice for its consumers by offering the best possible value, continuous innovation and a great experience while within the store and staying true to the slogan “Expect more. Pay less”. To back up the goal of target they allow themselves to be guided by the commitment of having the greatest to its community and supporting diversity as well as the environment. As a business Target has a few undertakings, markets, tasks, service to the public as well as general responsibilities. The target company along with its missions of task and responsibility has followed set rules and set planning to make sure there are effective strategies. This allows the company to affectively execute the process of new projects. The company has been established by their internal organizational structure through its function of management. Inside the business that is Target the focus is mainly on coordination, flow of information, division of labor and control of tasks. Target also sorts out resources for carrying out plans, the process of creating structure, keeping and arranging relationships, and handing out resources so that Target can accomplish the goals that have been set. When it comes to other convenient stores such as K-Mart or Wal-Mart the organizing function of management is important because it allows all that is involved with these stores including Target to assess all the resources in the circulation and finally sets the edge of competitiveness between all the stores.
