I have to say I wish I and seen this documentary earlier. I really like what Jane Elliot decided to do with her class to show that prejudice and discrimination is only a thought process and that there is no actually reason for it to occur. I honestly think that something like this would be good to do in other classes around America. There is still a need for this. Even though racism has decreased over the years it is constantly being replaced. Currently there is wide spread prejudice against the LGBT community, as much as I hate to label as the LGBT community it is necessary to categorize the area that the prejudice still occurs. When it comes down to it all I think that any form of prejudice or bigotry is just a form of labeling that makes the labeler feel they are better or have more power over the labelee.
This form of inductive teaching is extremely effective. She allowed to students to not only learn about discrimination through the activity. She allowed them to feel the discrimination and to hate the act of discrimination. This emotional connection deeply roots the idea that discrimination is bad within their very being. Teaching through emotions is very strong and effective teaching and when you can incorporate an emotional level into a teaching process or activity you are almost always guaranteed success.
I really think that to use this on a more wide spread basis in many communities could really increase the awareness of discrimination in our society today, and could very well decrease discrimination in our society in the future.

Working for Td Bank, they take pride in their high customer service ratings. The have employees attend TDU a university to train employees how to do their job and also please the customer. Business Proposal

...provide adventure and sport/travel packages to people in Toronto, specifically the Ontario area. An opportunity for STI's success exists because the national tourism and travel industry is growing at 4%, and adventure travel at 10% annually. Further, the Ontario adventure travel market is growing at least 12% annually and there are no providers who specialize solely in adventure travel in the Ontario area. STI is poised to take advantage of this growth and lack of competition with an experienced staff, excellent location, and effective management and marketing. STI's total start-up capital requirement is approximately $102,500. Start-up will be financed through the owner's personal investment and a long-term note of $85,000 secured from the TD Canada Trust Bank. STI's target customers are health-conscious couples and individuals, with median household incomes of approximately $50,000. They are interested in popular adventure activities such as skiing, whitewater sports, and mountain biking. STI's most important target customers, however, will be married couples, ages 25-35, with children and household incomes over $50,000. STI's pricing strategy will be a major consideration. Much of it will be determined by market standards. STI will attempt to maintain margins of 10% on all airline travel. Margins on all other products and services vary depending upon the provider but are expected to average 20%. STI will make every effort to maintain a competitive pricing policy. However, as...
