3.1 PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
The L&M Partnership is a company that offers customers a choice of imagery, symbols, and designs to apply to the front or back of a shirt. They also offer custom sublimation mainly on T-shirts, but will have other shirt styles available.

Customers can choose from pre-existing graphics or custom artwork. The pre-existing graphics are chosen from an extensive catalog. The L&M Partnership will have a comprehensive Website that will allow ordering a customer's home, or where ever they may be.

The L&M Partnership will also offer custom artwork or graphic options for personalizing shirts. The customer may bring in a graphic or may use of a sub-contracted artist to realize their vision. The artist can take a customer's pencil drawing or even articulated thoughts and turn them into a new design.

The L&M Partnership will offer a range of different shirt options. Short sleeves, long sleeves, organic fabrics, and a variety of styles will also be offered. They also have different sizes of shirts such as small, medium, large and extra large.

The objective of L&M Partnership on making personalized shirts is to provide a way to design custom t-shirts and sell them without risk. It allows you to create custom graphics, determine the cost and then add a mark-up. In other words, profit for your pocket. To top it off, the partnership do everything on the back end, too: process the shirts, designs, packing, and personal shipping. All you need is an idea. Perhaps there is a business, an event, a cause, or anything else that may benefit by having a t-shirt. There’s really no limit. The L&M Partnership start by using the easy-to-use design tool. They decide who sees the design. Choose to make it available to anyone and everyone, or to just a selected group. To increase the sales results substantially, the partnership share design directly with the people that are most likely to buy one, the masses of friends in the social network and in universities.

3.2 PRODUCTION PROCESS

1. Creating the design. This is the first step in producing the personalized shirt. The design must first be done and drafted for the next step to continue. In this step, the consumers must agree with the design being suggested or pass his personal design. The colors to be used must also be enumerated.

2. Transferring the design to the computer.

3. Printing the shirt design. This is the main step of this process; this is where the design is being transferred on the shirt to attain the desired design we create in the first step.

4. Pressing. This is done with the use of flat iron in order the printed design will be attached properly to the shirt.

5. Drying. Drying is very important in this process because once the attached design is not dry and not properly placed, it might ruin the shirt and it will not be used at all. The designs on shirt are dried through blowers for quicker drying.

6. Checking of shirts. This step is done to ensure that all the personalized shirts will turn out as expected, excellent and with a classy result.

7. Packaging. This is the last step of the production process where in the finished personalized shirts are placed in a plastic bag as its packaging. After this, the shirts can be delivered or given to the customer.

•The process of production was practiced very well and perfected to have a product with a high standard and quality that will be best suited for its consumers.

•All workers must be very knowledgeable on how the process of production goes as well as the proper use of facilities, materials and equipments.

•Materials come from reliable sources with their own safety measures to have a quality and trusted product.

Because of this it put the company at a disadvantage not allowing them to compete with the competition (Sumner, 2005). Market Structure Indicators

...INDICATORS It’s a type of Technical Analysis. Technical Analysis is a method of chart analysis, usually of price, using various formulae designed to highlight specific characteristics and provide signals to help forecast market movements. Indicators can also be derived from the use of trendlines and price patterns, which are not based on formulae and are more subjective. The idea is to predict the future price levels, or simply the general price direction, of a security by looking at past patterns. How is it different form Fundamental Analysis? Market Structure Indicators (Technical Indicators or Technicals) are distinguished by the fact that they do not analyze any part of the fundamental business, like earnings, revenue and profit margins. They are used most extensively by active traders in the market, as they are designed primarily for analyzing short-term price movements. To a long-term investor, most technical indicators are of little value, as they do nothing to shed light on the underlying business. The most effective uses of technicals for a long-term investor are to help identify good entry and exit points for the stock by analyzing the long-term trend. Technical analysts believe that the historical performance of stocks and markets are indications of future performance. Eg: In a shopping mall, a fundamental analyst would go to each store, study the product that was being sold, and then decide whether to buy it or not. By contrast, a technical analyst would sit on a...

...The operational efficiency emphasizes how well things function in an organization with respect to speed of execution and accuracy. In an stock exchange situation where efficiency is paramount, this is measured by factors such the numbers of orders lost and/or filled incorrectly. And importantly the time elapsed between receiving an order and its execution. People involved in this field are very aware of this and attempt to streamline their operation to mitigate errors and to achieve operational efficiency. But EMH has nothing to do with this type of efficiency. Informational Efficiency refers to how quickly and accurately current security prices reflect all available information. All sort of information – economic reports, earnings forecasts, political announcements, opinions – is constantly enters the market. What affect does this have on security prices? And what does it mean? For example, unemployment is rising; is it good or bad for government securities holder. Or a company’s new about its merging with another! There are several of these questions and they have impact on some security or other. The question is how quickly they impact security prices. We know that in the US market (so far without the government regulation) security prices adjust rapidly and accurately to information and often without time to digest it. Often the speed with which the prices adjust is simply remarkable. The efficient market hypothesis is based on certain assumptions which in turn our market...

...Investigating Momentum on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange December 1 2010 Hendrik Snyman 14422425 A dissertation submitted in partial fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Science in Engineering (Management) Department of Industrial Engineering University of Stellenbosch An oil prospector had died and gone to heaven. At the gate, he is met by St Peter.‘Well, I checked you out and you meet all of the qualifications. But there’s one problem,’ He said. ‘We have some tough zoning laws up here, and we keep all of our oil prospectors over in that pen. And as you can see, it is absolutely chock-full. There is no room for you.’ And the prospector said, ’Do you mind if I just say four words?’ St Peter said, ‘No harm in that.’ So the prospector cupped his hands and yelled out, ‘Oil discovered in hell!’ And, of course, the lock comes off the cage and all of the oil prospectors start heading straight down. St Peter said, ‘That’s a pretty sick trick. So,‘ he says, ’go in and make yourself at home. All the room in the world.’ The prospector paused for a minute, then said, ‘No, I think I’ll go along with the rest of the boys.
