The Amazing World of Laughter and Its Super Healing Power
(Exposition)

Today many people were suffering from a deep stress and problems, because they always think negatively. But if they knew that laughing is a medicine or a kind of cure that can reduces stress and make your body feels good and healthy.
There are many explanations on how this kind of medicine works. According to Norman Cousins, "it accomplishes one very essential purpose. It tends to block deep feelings of apprehension and panic that all too frequently accompany serious illness. It helps free the body of the constricting effects in the negative emotions that in turn may impair the healing system."
Laughter increases our sense of humor because it develops our mind. Laughter is a powerful antidote to stress, and it is pain reliever. Just as with smiling and kindness most people find that laughter is contagious, so if you bring more laughter into your life, you can most likely help others around you to laugh more, and realize these benefits as well. And if you can’t laugh because of your problems, try to find a friend or read a book that can make you laugh.
For me, sharing this kind of book entitled “The Amazing World of Laughter and its Super Power Healing” is a great way to help the readers realize the importance and the benefits of laughing. I swear, when I read this book my feeling is better, and my stress has been reduced. And I continued reading until a laugh really hard because of a funny story I have read.

You may have heard the phrase "Laughter is the best medicine." I’m sure! You heard it when you were feeling good, maybe laughing even! In a positive state, that phrase may simply have added temporarily to your feel-good mentality. But what about when you are not feeling well? That is when laughter plays its biggest role as a cure for your ailment.

Title

...At liftoff, Matt Eversmann said a Hail Mary. He was curled into a seat between two helicopter crew chiefs, the knees of his long legs up to his shoulders. Before him, jammed on both sides of the Black Hawk helicopter, was his "chalk," twelve young men in flak vests over tan desert camouflage fatigues. He knew their faces so well they were like brothers. The older guys on this crew, like Eversmann, a staff sergeant with five years in at age twenty-six, had lived and trained together for years. Some had come up together through basic training, jump school, and Ranger school. They had traveled the world, to Korea, Thailand, Central America... they knew each other better than most brothers did. They'd been drunk together, gotten into fights, slept on forest floors, jumped out of airplanes, climbed mountains, shot down foaming rivers with their hearts in their throats, baked and frozen and starved together, passed countless bored hours, teased one another endlessly about girlfriends or lack of same, driven in the middle of the night from Fort Benning to retrieve each other from some diner or strip club on Victory Drive after getting drunk and falling asleep or pissing off some barkeep. Through all those things, they had been training for a moment like this. It was the first time the lanky sergeant had been put in charge, and he was nervous about it. Pray for us sinners, now, and at the hour of our death, Amen. It was midafternoon, October 3, 1993. Eversmann's Chalk......

...FAHRENHEIT 451 by Ray Bradbury This one, with gratitude, is for DON CONGDON. FAHRENHEIT 451: The temperature at which book-paper catches fire and burns PART I IT WAS A PLEASURE TO BURN IT was a special pleasure to see things eaten, to see things blackened and changed. With the brass nozzle in his fists, with this great python spitting its venomous kerosene upon the world, the blood pounded in his head, and his hands were the hands of some amazing conductor playing all the symphonies of blazing and burning to bring down the tatters and charcoal ruins of history. With his symbolic helmet numbered 451 on his stolid head, and his eyes all orange flame with the thought of what came next, he flicked the igniter and the house jumped up in a gorging fire that burned the evening sky red and yellow and black. He strode in a swarm of fireflies. He wanted above all, like the old joke, to shove a marshmallow on a stick in the furnace, while the flapping pigeon-winged books died on the porch and lawn of the house. While the books went up in sparkling whirls and blew away on a wind turned dark with burning. Montag grinned the fierce grin of all men singed and driven back by flame. He knew that when he returned to the firehouse, he might wink at himself, a minstrel man, burntcorked, in the mirror. Later, going to sleep, he would feel the fiery smile still gripped by his face muscles, in the dark. It never went away, that. smile, it never ever went away, as long as......
