ABSTRACT

This study investigated on the positive influence of school libraries. The major finding of these studies is that students with access to a well supported school library media program with a qualified school library media specialist, school higher on reading assessments regardless of their social-economic statutes. School library media centres in the 21st century can and should be rebuilt for increased student achievement at positive focused school reform. It to provide a range of learning opportunities for both larger and small groups as well as individuals with a focus on intellectual contact, information literally, and the learner.
