In the following proposal, I intend to put forward a proposal to study the smoking habits of teenage girls in secondary school. It has come to my attention that this is a problem area that is on the rise. I wish to use government funding to conduct research into this issue. It is my belief that if I can find the root of the problem, and discover why many young girls are smoking, I will then be able to propose and launch initiatives to try and tackle the problem altogether.
