Internally:

I think that the best way to communicate internally is through emails, bulletins boards, and providing updates via team huddles. It can also be an updated section listed on the home page intranet for all employees to visit. There can also be prizes and giveaways to help promote the new health and wellness spa. Prizes can include t-shirts, pens, healthy bars and snacks, gym bags, etc. I think that it should also be a launch day party or company picnic for the employees to be able to view the new program for the company.

Externally:
Healthandwellness.com (company website) - Will reach anyone doing research on the new weight loss project.
Social Media: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media sites are able to reach our targeted audiences who go on social media.
What's new e-mail newsletter to current clientele- This type of communication reaches current members of the spa.
Commercials/ Television- Commercials played country wide to reach a broader audience of older and younger people.
Radio – Radio reaches an audience that does not watch television much or use a computer.
Brochures- Lay brochures around in the lobby of the spa and other health care business. For example, doctor offices, and hospitals.
Posters- Shared in stores, bus stations, train station, any area that allows posters.
Flyers- to previous and current clientele- Encourages people to stay members of the spa, rejoin or become new members.

Did you use the right tools? I think I was successful in using the right tools and resources provided for Externally/Internally. There are a lot or resources and different types of communication that can be used and everything just really depends on the age group and the
