What The Odyssey is about is the hero, Odysseus, who is trying to get home to Ithaca after winning the Trojan War. Odysseus is in fact a true hero, yet he does have flaws through either fulfilling, or failing to fulfill the following, arête, eudaimonia, and hubris.
