The molcajete is a Mexican cultural artifact that has been used for decades in family’s dinners. The molcajete is a sand stone type of rock that operates like a grinding machine due to the holes on the stone. It grinds down food product such as seeds, chickpea, etc. It’s been around since the ancient Aztecs days roughly around the 15th century.
