In today’s world, everyone knows that culture and value play a significant role in our society. As Geert Hofstede defined the definition of culture, culture is the collective programming of the human mind that distinguishes the members of the one human group from those of another. There were a lot of movies that i would like to watch but, one of the interesting movies is Tom Yum Kung, it was a Thai action movie and was very famous. The reason that i choose this because it was not only about the action but, it covered a lot of Thai culture. According to Tom Yum Kung, it shown a lot of situations that related to Thai culture, hero, religious, and symbol. There was a amazing guy whose name is Kham. He is the guard who once watched over the King of Thailand's war elephants. He grown up forming close relations to his elephant. During Songkran festival, the elephants are stolen. Then, Kham discovered that his elephant was sent to Sydney, Australia. Kham arrived in Sydney, During the way that went to find his elephant, he was attacked by the wrestler and countless extreme sports enthusiasts but, he still won because he fought by using the Thai boxing which called, “MAE MAI MUAY THAI”. Moreover, he found the Thai girl which was bullied, he saved her from the gangsters, he seem like a hero because he protect several people from the dangerous. After that, his brother called him and told him that he hided in a Buddhist monastery. Kham went to help his brother and then looking for the way to find the elephant. Soon after their departure, the monastery is set on fire. But then they returned to handle the situation, this event taught that even if he comfort in a hard situation but he still went back to extinguish the fire, the monastery seem like a symbol of religious in Thailand. Finally, kham found his elephants and he was very happy. Even if he already found
