At 11:35 PM, Captain James Topper of TTCC notified the CCC of an Assault on staff incident. At 10:35 PM, Inmate Wayne Sellers 00525898 used an object to physically assault Officer John Moody. Officer Moody then deployed a short burst of O.C spray in attempt to stop Inmate Sellers but failed. Officer Robert Stinson responded and restrained the inmate. Officer Moody, Officer Stinson and Inmate Sellers were seen by TTCC medical staff and only injuries to Officer Moody was reported. Officer Moody transported himself to Tenova Medical Hospital.
