Sub: Internal Use Only Brief
Internal Use Only: Information or data that is shared internally by our organization. While confidential information and or data may or may not be contained or included, these communications are not intended to leave the internal structure of the organization.

This applies to three domains that are the most affected by this classification. These domains are the User Domain, The Workstation Domain, and the LAN Domain.
The User Domain defines the people who have access to our information systems. In this case the majority would be the employee body of Richman Investments in which they are granted access to the systems, applications, and data depending upon their defined tasks and access rights. Currently Richman has a acceptable use policy (AUP) which lines out the guidelines that must be followed in order for our systems to be accessed and used. This also applies any third party persons that wish to gain access to our system, they will have to read and agree to the AUP.
Next is the Workstation Domain, this is where the majority of users will connect and access the Richman IT infrastructure. A workstation here at Richman can either be a desktop computer, laptop, personal data assistant (PDA), smart phones, tablets, or any other device that can be used to access the system. With these systems, especially with the personal devices, we ensure that all software is protected by antivirus software (hardening systems) to ensure that we are vigilant in the protection of our information system. Now this maybe limited in scope in the concerns of the individual personal devices but to counter act this, Richman is currently singing out company owned devices that employees can use to preform their jobs. These can be monitored and regulated by the IT department
Last is the LAN Domain,

...haha NT1310 unit1 assignment 3/18/2013 Part 1 Description: Please write 3-4 sentences for each of these services, describing whether they use voice or data networks: o Cell phones: Cell phones are both voice, and data. The first generation cell phone transmitted information in an analog format very similar to the way a fixed-line telephone transmits voice information from the subscriber to the central office. When the second generation cell phone entered the market transmission shifted from analog to digital. Not only do 2G phones have the ability to transmit and receive voice but they also have the ability to transmit and receive data. o Landline phones: Landline phones use both voice, and data networks. Originally it was just voice, then "the data network" began with dial-up modems, and fax machines. o SMS/ Text Messaging: Text Messaging is a data network. Cell phones pave the pathway for SMS messages. When a friend sends you an SMS message, the message flows through the SMSC, then to the tower, and the tower sends the message to your phone as a little packet of data on the control channel. Cell phone calls are different, they use radio frequencies instead. o Fax Machines: Fax machines are in a data network. Fax machines transmit mainly through landline phones. Recently, they also send through Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP.) o Pagers: Pagers are data signals that receive similar to cell phones, but with no voice radio frequencies. o VOIP...

The Aids to Interpretation Used by the Judiciary, How This May Impact Upon the Sovereignty of Parliament

...The aids to interpretation used by the judiciary, how this may impact upon the sovereignty of parliament This assignment aims to introduce and discuss the aids to interpretation used by the judiciary and how this may impact upon the sovereignty of parliament. The legal system of both England and Wales has a body which includes legislations, common law and other legal norms that are established by parliament, the crown and judiciary. The courts are organised in a hierarchal structure and England has no written constitutions like the US therefore giving parliament power of 'law-makers' especially after they made themselves a supreme body who represent the people of the country, they have unquestionable power (unlike the other law-makers) to add, remove and change legislations without consulting the outsiders. As parliament don't have time to look through all bills passed the following can make 'delegated' (or subordinated) legislations; ministry of crown, privy council, local authority, courts and tribunals. Regulations in Chester v Bateson 1920 shows an example of a delegated legislation being declared void by parliament. The English courts are set in a hierarchal structure with this England developed a doctrine of binding precedent (doctrine of stare decisis Latin for "to stand by decided cases") meaning, when cases are being tried judges are bound by decisions of superior or equal court status within their jurisdiction and they must check for previous similar cases for...
