Daily Routine Questions

1. What are the major differences in your daily routine now that you are in school?

There is a lot of difference in my time management because I have to incorporate my schooling into my weekly work week. I do not have a normal job that has only a set number of hours, so sometimes I might work a 14 hour day. This is been kind of difficult for me to do but as the time goes by I am getting use to my new schedule. I have to set a goal each day that I need to accomplish so that I know that I will have the time each week to get my weekly assignments, dq’s and participation done.

2. Do you have an effective balance in the use of your time and your priorities? Why or why not?
I think it took me a couple weeks to get an effective balance with my time and priorities. After getting use to the schedule and how things are to be done I think it made it a lot easier to balance everything out equally. I had to shift a few things around to make sure I could get everything completed but now I feel everything is balanced.

3. Describe your biggest obstacle to completing projects or assignments and how you will overcome it?
My biggest obstacle is time and everything else that needs to be done. I try to incorporate my family into my schedule and at time sit does seem easier than others. I work very long hours on some days so this does throw a loop into my life and I have to change things to manage my time. For the most part I think I have a way that is working to manage my time.

4. What are some time-management strategies you have learned this week that you can implement immediately? How will you use them?
