Launch of the New Vault Denim Conference
Spring Conference Agenda for the Launch of the New Vault Denim

For all VFCs the Spring Conference for the Launch of the New Vault Denim will be even more important than our convention in Las Vegas. Everything that happens in Vault from the conference going forward will be effected by the announcements and training delivered at the conference. We cannot impress upon you how important the conference will be to your Vault Denim business and your future income. How quickly you adapt to the extraordinary changes and revisions and then engage with prospects and customers will depend on the training you receive at the conference. There will be no wasted time, only very detailed, comprehensive training delivered in a concise set of training sessions. Presenters and Training Sessions: (Presenters and times are subject to change.)

...Knowing your body shape is the key to successful dressing, no matter what trends or fashion fads are happening. Stick to the rules and you’ll never be stuck for something to wear again APPLE BODY SHAPE Of all the fruit in the fashion basket, the apple, with its rounded tummy and big bust, can be one of the most difficult to dress. Luckily you also often benefit from slim hips, a great bum and lovely legs. Find out how to make the most of your apple body shape with these expert fashion tips. Use clothes to sculpt your midriff, so it looks less like an apple and more like an apple core. At the same time, draw attention to your favourite bits – that cleavage, those legs, and anything else you really like. Body control underwear will work wonders to define your middle area too, pulling you in at the waist. Don’t hide in baggy trousers. Show off your lovely legs with straight or boot-cut trousers. Look for flat-fronted trousers with a wide waistband to draw attention away from the stomach. Open up the neckline. V-necks and scoop-necks are good for apple-shaped ladies as you often have a great bust. Don’t be afraid to show it off. Use structured, tailored jackets to give definition to your upper body and show off good shoulders. Look for single-breasted versions with one or two buttons. Wrap dresses are always a winner for an apple body shape as they fit nicely over a fuller bust. A side tie on the dress will draw attention away from the stomach. Drop earrings will draw......

Finance

...Evaluation of Financial Performance Financial Analysis - The process of evaluating businesses, projects, budgets and other finance-related entities to determine their suitability for investment. Typically, financial analysis is used to analyze whether an entity is stable, solvent, liquid, or profitable enough to be invested in. When looking at a specific company, the financial analyst will often focus on the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement. In addition, one key area of financial analysis involves extrapolating the company's past performance into an estimate of the company's future performance. Financial ratios are tools used to analyze financial conditions and performance. Financial analysis means different things to different people.Trade creditors are primarily interested in the liquidity of the firm being analyzed. Their claims are short term and the ability of the firm to pay these can best be judged by an analysis of its liquidity. On the other hands, the claims of bondholders are long term. They are interested in the cash flow of the firm to service debts over a long period of time. The bondholders may evaluate this by analyzing the capital structures of the firm, the major sources and users of fund, the firms’ profitability. Five Different groups of ratios have been developed: * Liquidity ratios - A class of financial metrics that is used to determine a company's ability to pay off its short-terms debts obligations. Fall of Asclepius

...Fall of Asclepius By Harm 1 and Icrick Prologue Where should I begin? The apocalypse happened so fast. In less than a month, monsters infested every part of this world. People panicked, people died. They clawed at each other just to get out of all the infested areas around the world. There was problem about fleeing from infested areas. Everywhere was infested. There was no where anyone could go without encountering the walking plague. You know that phrase "War is Hell"? Well... it's dead wrong. War at least has some organization to it. What was faced in the last days... by last days I mean the last days of civilization not life; itself. What was faced was hell. Everyone went ape shit insane. Everyone was killing and raping each other into oblivion, because we were under attack by creatures that was so beyond our understanding! Geez, there were many names given to these undead. Some called them demons, others called them lost souls. With all these names, I found only one that was truly worthy; Zombies. It was a simple word. At the same time it was the most complicated word to enter any human language. I mean just think about it... You say that word to anyone before the outbreak and what would they think of? They would, think of those horror movies or comic books where, for no reason what so ever, zombies appear all around the globe in an instance. That's not how it happened for us. There were signs for over two months. It's just that no one took the time to put the...

...C h a p t e r 1 Prewriting GETTING STARTED (OR SOUP-CAN LABELS CAN BE FASCINATING) For many writers, getting started is the hardest part. You may have noticed that when it is time to begin a writing assignment, you suddenly develop an enormous desire to straighten your books, water your plants, or sharpen your pencils for the fifth time. If this situation sounds familiar, you may find it reassuring to know that many professionals undergo these same strange compulsions before they begin writing. Jean Kerr, author of Please Don’t Eat the Daisies, admits that she often finds herself in the kitchen reading soup-can labels—or anything—in order to prolong the moments before taking pen in hand. John C. Calhoun, vice president under Andrew Jackson, insisted he had to plow his fields before he could write, and Joseph Conrad, author of Lord Jim and other novels, is said to have cried on occasion from the sheer dread of sitting down to compose his stories. To spare you as much hand-wringing as possible, this chapter presents some practical suggestions on how to begin writing your short essay. Although all writers must find the methods that work best for them, you may find some of the following ideas helpful. But no matter how you actually begin putting words on paper, it is absolutely essential to maintain two basic ideas concerning your writing task. Before you write a single sentence, you should always remind yourself that 1. You have some valuable ideas to tell your reader,...
