Damn!

...Bar Glassware ...all the different bar glasses and their uses | There is such a variety of bar glassware out there that it can get confusing to decipher which ones accompany which drinks. And you may be thinking that one glass is the same as the next. But this is simply not true. All bar glassware is shaped differently for a purpose. In addition to aesthetics (the way the finished drink looks), the different shapes and sizes of the glasses contribute to the overall flavour of the finished drink. With wine glasses, for example, the bouquet of the wine cannot be fully realized without having the right shaped glass. Since taste is very much affected by smell, wine drunk out of the wrong glass won't taste as good as when the proper wine glass is used (and you likely won't be able to tell unless you try the right wine with the right and wrong wine glass). And for champagne, it is important to use a champagne flute so that the bubbles can travel freely upwards and the champagne won't go flat prematurely - as with a glass with more surface area. One other note regarding bar glassware is to always ensure that the glasses that you serve drinks in (or receive drinks in) are spotless. Glasses that are not cleaned properly, will also negatively affect the taste of the beverage. Bar Glassware and their uses....    Beer Mug - a standard 10-12oz beer mug commonly used for half pints of draught (draft)    Brandy Snifter - shaped liked it is so that the user can hold...

...cultivation, resulting in small bitter fruit on the trees. But the aromatic peel maintained much of the essence of the Valencia varietal, and the trees were eventually bred into the current laraha cultivar, whose fruits remain inedibly bitter. Curaçao liqueur was first developed and marketed by the Senior family in the 19th century. To create the liqueur the laraha peel is dried, bringing out the sweetly fragranced oils. After soaking in a still with alcohol and water for several days, the peel is removed and other spices are added. The liqueur has an orange-like flavor with varying degrees of bitterness. It is naturally colorless, but is often given artificial coloring, most commonly blue or orange, which confers an exotic appearance to cocktails and other mixed drinks. Blue color is achieved by adding of food colorant, most often E133 Brilliant Blue. Some other liqueurs are also sold as Curaçaos with different flavors added, such as coffee, chocolate, and rum and raisin. 2. Benedictine - is a herbal liqueur beverage developed by Alexandre Le Grand in the 19th century and produced in France. It is claimed that at the Benedictine Abbey of Fécamp in Normandy, monks had developed a medicinal aromatic herbal beverage which was produced until the abbey's devastation during the French Revolution, but in fact Alexandre Le Grand invented the recipe himself, helped by a local chemist, and he told this story to connect the liqueur with the city history to increase sales. He began production...

...entered this cocktail lounge. He noticed a blonde hair lady sitting alone and he approached her. The man wanted to offer her a drink and get to know her. He asked: May I buy you a cocktail, hot stuff? The lady rejected, saying that alcohol is bad for her legs. The man said: Oh, I’m so sorry to hear that. Do they swell? The lady answered: No, they open.” A very pleasant good morning to all my lovely classmates. I believe all of you would know what I am going to present today. Yes, it is about cocktails. What exactly cocktails are? The Merrian-Webster Dictionary defined cocktails as “iced drinks of wine or distilled liquor mixed with flavoring ingredients”. Putting it into simple words, cocktails are simply alcoholic drinks with different variations of flavors. The history of cocktails must be traced back to the 16th or 17th century when people started mixing ingredients to create drinks similar to what we known as cocktails nowadays. It was not until around the 18th century that those drinks became more well-known and here came the term “cocktail” when it was first introduced by the American Bartenders in the 1920’s. You might wonder why cocktail is named as a “cocktail”. Unfortunately, there are still uncertainties about the exact origin of the term “cocktail” ever since it made its appearance in prints in 6 May 1806, all out of a sudden. However, there are many stories that explain how people came to name it that way. Some said it was given the name “cocktail” because of...

...times.   One of the major events Chavez’s customers request is a cocktail party. She offers a standard cocktail party and has estimated the cost per guest as follows:     The standard cocktail party lasts three hours and Chavez hires one worker for every six guests, so that works out to one-half hour of labor per guest. These workers are hired only as needed and are paid only for the hours they actually work.   When bidding on cocktail parties, Chavez adds a 15% markup to yield a price of about $31 per guest. She is confident about her estimates of the costs of food and beverages and labor but is not as comfortable with the estimate of overhead cost. The $13.98 overhead cost per labor-hour was determined by dividing total overhead expenses for the last 12 months by total labor-hours for the same period. Monthly data concerning overhead costs and labor-hours follow: | Chavez has received a request to bid on a 180-guest fund-raising cocktail party to be given next month by an important local charity. In this video, what I’m going to do is I’m going to go over a copy-and-paste campaign that has made me tens of thousands of dollars this year 2012. It’s in a niche that I was not very familiar with – fashion. I’m sure everyone watching this video right now, you’ve seen all sorts of these daily deal sites like Groupon and LivingSocial, etc. coming out. One big thing is daily deal fashion sites. This site, BeyondTheRack.com, is a daily deal fashion site. When I send people to this website right here through my own ads on any social network – PlentyofFish, Facebook, Pinterest or whatever – and they fill out a couple of fields and hit SEE TODAY’S DEALS, boom! I get paid around $3.60 every time that happens. Our goal in this copy paste tutorial is to show you how to target this site to bulls’ eye targeted customers on Facebook and other social networks so you can start generating customers and getting paid however much the CPA, the payout for the offer is. Keep in mind that you can also take everything we do in this video and you can use this same formula to market other fashion websites. I know absolutely nothing about fashion but I do know how to find people that are interested in it. As a marketer, what’s important for us is just knowing who...
