The central focus of this learning segment asks for students to analyze information they have learned about frogs and create an informational writing piece with an introduction, facts, and conclusion. The central focus draws upon the common core standard ELA-LITERACY.W.2.2- Write informative/explanatory texts in which they introduce a topic, use facts and definitions to develop points, and provide a concluding statement or section.
