SF Express (hereinafter referred to as SF) is the best-known Chinese express delivery company. SF was established in 1993 and headquartered in Shenzhen, China, which is mainly engaged in domestic and international express delivery of integrated services and related business enterprises. With the continuous development of the company's business and the expansion of international delivery service, SF is to become one of the best national brands of China. Strength of the websites
The biggest advantage of the website is the clear and concise web design, offering fast order and track services. As a consumer who has never used SF before, he can encounter SF easily with the new user guider with the sign of “New to SF?” which leaves a good first impression.
On the website, SF offers a high-quality and people-oriented service so consumers can obtain their desired courier services quickly and accurately. That shows their great willingness to help the customers. Also, there is a detail in the website: customers can input up to 20 tracking numbers together to track these shipments, which can bring great convenience to those who place a bulk of orders together.
Weaknesses of the website
First, it takes a long time to open some web pages of SF.
When the customers are in China, they can open the web page instantly. But when it comes to oversees, the service speed becomes much slower and even some unexpected problems occur. The reason maybe is that SF has just stepped into the international logistics market for a short time. So the relevant service system is not perfect enough to support the clients from the world.
The second shortcoming is no online customer service. It’s obvious that diverse communication channels can let SF know better
