There is a difference in quality of inbound linking sites from the general directories and classifieds to article sites, up to key influencers and high authority specialized websites. To understand the quality of websites, the pyramid of importance is used. Based on the pyramid, there are high quality and low quality websites. People easily recognize high quality sires than the low quality sites. Nowadays, blogs are more recognized than the traditional forms of media with some blogs selling at very high fees. When a blog gets many subscribers it becomes very popular. Blogging is usually about convincing the readers who are humans just like the bloggers themselves. Bloggers who write about different things such as cars who attract brands who seek to be featured to increase their sales. It is better to choose three or four good websites rather than 3000 bad websites. To easily reach the target audience, it is advisable to consider big websites and ensure you publish well developed content with well-organized keywords.
There is a big different between bloggers and journalists. Journalists have been in the field for a long time and they consider their work as a profession. Bloggers on the other hand do blogging as a hobby and they like being regarded as superstars. The Nokia Company is among the first companies that identified the power of bloggers to enter into the market due to their skills in product marketing. When a blogger writes about your product, you get not only backlinks but you also get authority and popularity. Journalist are best for writing articles because they understand what people want to read thus making it catchy.
