Strategic Plan, Part I: Conceptualizing a Business Maribel’s Motivation Team is a brand new company into the marketplace. It is vital for any business to have an effective vision and mission statement. For an organization to be successful it is important it know what it wants to achieve in the future and what the organization itself is about. Tough (2007) says, creating a vision and mission statement is a method to communicative these ideas to yourself, customers, employees, and to the world.” The vision and mission statements consist of the values of the business and how they plan to operate. These methods will assist to establish the planned direction that Maribel’s Motivation Team will take.
Business and services Maribel’s Motivation Team is a company that will help others achieve his or her goals in life. People need motivation to accomplish its goal in life. A winner is a winner by willing to do something a loser is not willing to do. To be a winner the person needs to be willing to feel uncomfortable in a new situation. This company will also offer additional information to the customer’s goal and guide him or her to the right person or company that is able to help the customer. This will be a long process, but with time and dedication anything is possible. For example, if someone always has been overweight his or her whole life, and at the present time needs motivation and help to lose the weight Maribel’s Motivation Team would help them. Maribel’s Motivation Team will provide the motivation and refer him or her to a personal trainer to will be able to help him or her with those goals. Maribel’s Motivation Team will still keep in touch to provide motivation and track the progress.
Vision statement Maribel’s Motivation Team mission statement is “be the best you can be, anything is possible, the winner is only a winner because he or she does something the loser will not do.” The Maribel’s Motivation Team is a company that will provide different motivational methods for people who need a reason to be successful. The company wants everybody to try to improve themselves. People need encouragement to get out of their comfort zone, being uncomfortable is no easy for some. Motivating people is not an easy job. Individuals need to believe in their self that they too can be successful. The customers would be everyone who wants to improve themselves, who want a better life, and want to be successful. Customers do not always belief in themselves that they can achieve bigger and better things in his or her life this is it Maribel’s Motivation Team comes in. There are opportunities for everyone regardless of his or her age, religion, disabilities, beliefs or sexual origin. People need to hear that they can do it, too. People need for someone to show what he or she has to overcome and their achievements in life. Maribel’s Motivation Team has the knowledge and education on to complete the job done.
Principles and Values Maribel’s Motivation Team has a big responsibility to the public that they take very seriously. This business has fully educated and train personnel to motivate others. Maribel’s Motivation Team takes pride in helping other achieve his or her goals. The goals can be to get a better paying job, losing weight, becoming a better parent, husband, wife, son, or daughter. The goals are endless. Maribel’s Motivation Team values its customers to a very high level. The customer confidentiality is extremely important, as well. The business appreciates and values the ideas from customers who are always taken into consideration. Maribel’s Motivation Team employs people who care and love working with other. The employees treat every customer with the maximum respect.
Strategic Direction The company’s vision, mission, and values are essential to the direction that Maribel’s Motivation Team wants to accomplish. With the vision statement employees can take pride in knowing that he or she will help to make every customer feel as if he or she are the most important person whom we serve. Customers will also be happy knowing that they are very important to the motivational team. The mission that Maribel’s Motivation Team helps with the direction because it clearly informs what the business is about, and it plans to accomplish. The Maribel’s Motivation Team is the first of its kind to be established. Maribel’s Motivation Team provides superior services at a great price so customers can accomplish his or her goals in life. Maribel’s Motivation Team has some strong work ethics; the focus is the customers. By giving back to the community the Team can put its name out there in the community. This shows that the business cares about giving to the community, and it focus for everyone to be successful.
Customer Needs Maribel’s Motivation Team main focus is its customers. Without customers there is no business. The business goal is to concentrate on the needs of every customer by offering a broad range of services. Some customers may need a little motivation whereas others may need a lot more motivation to accomplish his or her goals. Maribel’s Motivation Team can help its customer by coming out and designing a plan for its customers, things that each customer can do to better themselves at a daily bases. Maribel’s Motivation Team takes into consideration any idea or thoughts that customers may offer. Customer loyalty is something every company should strive for because loyal customers will recommend to his or her friends if he or she is satisfied. The goal is to make sure that every customer is happy and satisfied. Also the organization addresses customer needs by having a form or a questioner to find out what the customer’s needs are and the ultimate goal they need to accomplish in life. For the business to achieve competitive advantage it puts its customer first. This is the first business here in Houston, Texas to offer a motivational team. In conclusion, Maribel’s Motivation Team has a clear and defined vision and mission statement to tell its employees and customer what they are about. Customer will be proud to be part of the team and the employees will take pride in working for this company which has a purpose. Customers like to see a business that takes about its customer and puts its customer’s needs first. For a company to have strong values and ethics is also important for customers. Maribel’s Motivation Team has all those qualities that employees and customers are looking for.
