Jiffy Lube or other companies that change your car’s oil offers the optimum method for getting from one point to another also known as efficiency. Each employee is trained to work in an organized fashion and precise instructions on how to change your oil as quickly and efficiently as possible by their supervisors who monitor the employees to make sure they do the job well and quickly. Jiffy Lube organization has rules and regulations to help ensure highly efficient work. Jiffy Lube offers calculability, which is an emphasis on the quantitative aspects of products sold (up-selling, cost) and service offered (the time it takes to get the product).
